At Bhirds Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (if available) within the 30-day window. If you’d like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at stu@buybhirds.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).

  3. Drop off your return package at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll take care of it immediately.

International Orders

Returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us for further instructions.
